LA: Consumption: Grilled Cheese on your Block from a TruckThe Grilled cheese truck is a big orange yellow deliver a gooey cheesy goodness. Food trucks are nothing new in Los Angeles, but usually they are taco trucks, buger trucks, and if your lucky a few other catering services offering a few 7-11 type sandwiches.
This truck delivers some of the best classic style grilled cheese. That many Americans enjoyed as kids, and still one of our favorite comfort foods as an adult. But beyond the classic's is a wide array of specialty grilled cheese that I am sure you have never even thought to put between two grilled pieces of bread.
